Who

Who can attend?
  • Anyone 18 or older, or accompanied by an adult if under 18.
  • Anyone ready to fight, push and plank to reach their fitness goals. (Remember exercises can always be modified to meet your personal needs, and you should always consult with your physician prior to starting a new program.)

What

What can you expect? What will the workouts be like?
  • I will always give 3 levels for each exercise, a beginner, intermediate and advanced to make sure your meeting your personal fitness needs.
  • I always take it slow the first class, I need to assess everyone to get a better idea of what level our class is at.
  • Almost all exercises are done using body weight.
  • No one is left behind!

What Should I Bring

I am worried I will be unprepared, what do I need?
  • Proper workout clothes, (closed toed shoes, and comfortable workout clothes, that allow you to move freely)
  • WATER, WATER, WATER, you can never have enough to drink. (Bathrooms on site, not to worry, I pee a lot too!)
  • A towel, to wipe your sweat and use for exercises like planks.
  • A positive attitude, be ready to have fun, sweat and lose weight! Remember our team is all nationally certified trainers We have got your back!

  • BOOT CAMP CLASSES ARE ON TUESDAY'S AND FRIDAY'S AT 6:15  - 7:00 PM
  • BOOT CAMP IS 8 WEEKS LONG
  • WINTER BOOT CAMP IS FROM FEBRUARY 14 – APRIL 7, 2017
  • SPRING BOOT CAMP IS FROM APRIL 18  – JUNE 9
  • SUMMER 1 BOOT CAMP IS FROM  JUNE 20  – AUGUST 11
  • SUMMER 2 BOOT CAMP IS FROM AUGUST 22  – OCTOBER 13
  • FALL BOOT CAMP IS FROM OCTOBER 24  – DECEMBER 15
  • WINTER BOOT CAMP IS FROM DECEMEBER 26  – FEBRUARY 16, 2018
  • Make-up classes will be held following the last week of scheduled classes, and the instructor will contact you

How Much

How much does an 8 week, 2 times a week Boot Camp class cost?
  • $125, registration required- Click HERE to register.
  • A minimum of 4 people must sign up for Boot Camp and a maximum of 15 will be allowed for safety reasons, make sure to sign up early, classes fill up quick!

  • SPRING/SUMMER BOOT CAMPS: WE MEET AT THE CENTRAL RAPPAHANNOCK REGIONAL LIBRARY PORTER BRANCH, STAFFORD VA.
  • FALL/WINTER BOOT CAMPS: ARE HELD AT VICTORY BAPTIST CHURCH, 358 TELEGRAPH RD, STAFFORD, VA
